We see you shining and slaying with your Loud Beauty goodies, but if something ain’t quite right, we got you (because family takes care of family, periodt). Here’s the tea on our returns and refund policy:
The Rundown:
You’ve got 7 days—that’s a whole week—from the day your package hits your doorstep to let us know if you need to send something back. Whether it’s a wrong shade, or the product just isn’t vibing with you like you thought, hit us up within that window at loudbeautybrand@gmail.com for a refund or exchange.
But, let’s be real, after that 7-day mark, it’s a no-go. Once the clock strikes Day 8, we’ll still love you, but we can’t take the products back.

How It Works:
Step One: Email us at loudbeautybrand@gmail.com within 7 days. Tell us what’s up, and we’ll guide you through the next steps. Step Two: Make sure your item is unused and in the same condition you received it. No half-used bottles cousin! We need it in the original packaging, looking like the day it arrived. Step Three: Once we get your return, we’ll check it out and hit you with a refund to your original payment method or process an exchange. Give us a little time (around 7-10 business days) for that refund to show up on your bank statement, but trust, it’s on the way!

A Few Things to Note:
Shipping’s on You: We don’t cover return shipping, cousin. You’ll need to ship it back to us at your cost. But hey, consider it a small investment in making sure your beauty is loud and flawless. There is a flat rate return shipping cost that'll be listed when you purchase your label.
Final Sale Items: Some items are marked as final sale (like seasonal goodies or flash sale items). Once they’re yours, they’re yours- no refunds. We appreciate y’all, and we want you to feel just right in everything Loud Beauty Brand! So if you’re ever in doubt, reach out. We’re here for you, cousin. 💕

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
